Terms of Service

Raddiwala offers free doorstep pickup of household and commercial scrap in Jamshedpur — including paper, plastic, metal, e-waste and more. Items are weighed on a digital scale at pickup and you are paid on the spot by UPI or cash.

The per-kg rates shown on our website are indicative and can change with the market, especially for metals. We confirm the day's exact rate on WhatsApp before pickup.

E-waste and appliances are priced on inspection, as condition and parts affect the value. The final amount is based on the actual weight or inspection at the time of pickup.

Bookings are made via WhatsApp or our website form. A booking is confirmed once we reply with a slot. Pickups are subject to availability and your area being within our service zone.

We pay you for your scrap at the time of pickup — by UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay or cash, as you prefer. No online payment is taken from you.

• Ensure the items are yours to sell
• Before handing over phones, laptops or storage devices, back up and erase your personal data — we are not responsible for data left on devices

The service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our website or service.
