Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Raddiwala (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or book a scrap pickup, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

When you book a pickup — by WhatsApp or our booking form — you share details such as your name, phone number, area/address, the items you want to sell, and your preferred time.

If our booking form is connected to a private spreadsheet, those booking details are logged there so our team can schedule your pickup.

We may collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type) through analytics to understand how the site is used. This does not identify you personally.

How we use your information

  • To schedule and complete your scrap pickup
  • To contact you about your booking
  • To improve our website and service

What we do NOT do

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We do not collect online payments, so we never ask for or store card, bank or UPI-PIN details. You are paid in cash or by UPI at the time of pickup.

Cookies & analytics

If analytics is enabled, a small cookie may be used to measure anonymous, aggregated website usage (for example via Google Analytics). You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Third-party services

We use trusted third parties to run our service — for example WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging, and Google services (Maps, and optionally Sheets/Analytics). Your use of those is also governed by their own privacy policies.

Data retention & your rights

We keep your booking details only as long as needed to provide the service and for reasonable record-keeping. You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time.

Contact us

For any privacy question or request, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 74881 91117 or email hello@raddiwala.in.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
